The Hug Co. converted this 1950′s ranch into a modern classic. When Katherine and Harper found the property, the previous owner had abandoned a major renovation. We took the opportunity to completely redo the property down to the studs. New electrical wiring, plumbing, recessed lighting, sliding glass doors, windows, hvac, etc. were all upgraded to the current state-of-the-art. The kitchen features custom Walnut Cabinetry. Fully integrated appliances from Sub-Zero & Viking make this a real chefs kitchen. More walnut built-ins in the master bedroom and office give the project a cohesive and modern feel. The exterior of the home was re-plastered and new landscaping installed in both the front and back yards. The highlight of the landscaping is a 60′ lap pool.
