The Hug Co renovated this home, in the Old Northeast section of St Petersburg, for our realtor and friend. The renovation encompassed the entire lower level. The main focus was a new gourmet kitchen, laundry room, and two powder rooms. The kitchen was equipped with built-in Miele appliances including a wine column and steam oven. The powder room is a work of art with its mural painted by a local artist. The renovation also included raising the ceilings on the first level, removing the air conditioning soffits, refinishing the hardwood floors, crown mouldings, and period correct door casings.
