This Home was designed for a couple in the Mission Beach area of San Diego. Indoor-Outdoor living was a top priority to enjoy the moderate climate. Sliding glass doors retract into pockets blurring the lines between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Large windows have been strategivslly placed to take advantage of the ocean views. Energy efficiency was also a key design element along with LEED residential certification.
